Tenkara Fly Tying, Reverse Hackle, Black

Step One Fly Tying Tenkara Style

For this example I'm useing black. Use any color combination
you need to match your hatch on your stream. I also will add a
hot orange tag. This is optional and can be any color too.

The Body of the fly is all thread and super glued for durability.

Add your feather in REVERSE. Underside facing the eye.

Tenkara Fly, Reverse Hackle

Why the reverse hackle you ask. More movement in the water
when the fly is animated by the Tenkara's fine tip, and more fish
to the net.

Note: This is a Tenkara style fly. Any fly type can be used with
Tenkara Rods, with obvious exceptions.
